Shipping policy

Receiving your order is the best part of any purchase! We are so excited and grateful to you for your support in helping the environment! 

We provide free shipping on most products within Thailand and on select products that are shipped to USA and Canada.

Your order is expected to reach you within 9 - 20 days after your payment has been made. 

If you did not receive all your products together all at once, please don't be alarmed! Some of our products are handled in different facilities and may therefore reach you in more than one shipment. If all the products from your order are handled from the same warehouse, they will be shipped to you together.

While some regions do not require you to account for any additional tax and customs charges, it is not currently in our control to have it exempt in all regions that we ship to. Whether taxes and customs charges are applied will depend on your location, or the location to where your order is delivered according to the respective local tax laws and regulations. Therefore, should you as the customer or recipient be presented with such charges when it enters your country and/or upon delivery, you will therefore need to account for those charges.

 

Please note that due to high orders with third party carriers during Covid-19, the delivery time of your order may fluctuate without notice. If your order is not received during the delivery period, please contact us and our team will assist you by investigating the matter and update you. We are doing our very best to make it easier and as prompt for you as much as possible!

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within the delivery time frame, please contact us at info@ecotiquethailand.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. 

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE PACKED?

Glad you asked! We take pride in our packing efforts to reduce our single-use plastic footprint as much as we can.

Our packing materials include kraft bubble paper, kraft boxes, cartons, compostable mailers and shredded paper for padding. Depending on the order and product, your items will be packed in at least some if not all of the mentioned materials to ensure that we comply to our eco-friendly mission.
