Q. Does bamboo mold over time?
Yes, it does. But you can maximize the lifespan by storing it in opened and airy environments instead of draft or contained areas for too long, especially after it being exposed to water.
For bamboo household products, please do not soak them in water. We recommend a gentle wipe with a damp cloth and then use a dried one after.
If you must wash your bamboo tumblers or bath accessories, it's best to hand dry them right after.
Q. How do I clean my cork yoga mat / meditation mat?
There are a couple of ways to clean them depending on how dirty they may be:
1. For a basic cleanse, using a damp cloth with lukewarm water and wiping it gently would do the trick. Be sure to avoid scrubbing it hard with a rough or abrasive sponge.
2. A 50-50 white vinegar-water solution on the damp cloth would work better for a deeper cleanse.
*Please make sure that for whichever method you use, you leave the mat in the open for it to air dry before rolling it up and storing it.

Q. How do I clean my bamboo straws?
For a basic cleanse, rinsing the straw and using the brush should do the trick after immediate use. For deep cleaning, we recommend boiling some water mixed with a little bit of vinegar and just let the straws soak in there for about 5-10 minutes every couple of weeks if you use them often or if you feel a simple rinse isn't doing the trick. Also, Bamboo straws love sunbathing! Try to dry them under the sun on a hot sunny day to uphold their lifespan and beautiful yellow color. It's their version of a great tan! We also always encourage users to still clean the inside with the brush after each rinse or wash. Consider it like flossing but for straws! The deeper cleanse is recommended every 2 weeks if consumed regularly.
Q. Are all your products natural?
No. All of our products are reusable, even the BPA free plastic ones. Our goal is to try and make the shift from single-use plastics as fun and stylish as we can. Some products cannot be made using sustainable materials alone, so we make them reusable and long-lasting.
Q. I have not received any emails or updates in my inbox. Please help?
Due to uncontrollable reasons with our domain and our web platform, we face some instances that some of the expected responses or updates from us may be sent to your spam/social/promotions folder. Q. Do you provide gift wrapping options and services?
No but we have E-Gift Cards that you may use to redeem on our store or send to a friend or loved one with a personalized message in the email. You may also schedule it to be sent on a particular date and it will be emailed to them by 8am Thailand time (ICT) on the scheduled date!
Q. What if I have not received my refund after my request was approved?
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we humbly ask that you first check your bank account again. If it is not there, please then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, please contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Q. I haven't received my order. How do I track it?
If you haven’t received your order within the delivery time frame, please feel free to chat with us or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status.
It takes about 3-5 days for us to process your order, inspect it, and hand over it to the shipping company before any tracking information can be sent to you.
If you did not receive all your products together all at once, please don't be alarmed! Some of our products are handled in different warehouses and may therefore reach you in a total of 2 shipments. If all the products from your order are handled from the same warehouse, they will be shipped to you together.
