Refund policy

Our policy lasts for 30 days upon your purchase date. If 30 days have gone by since you have placed your order, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund.

Refundable Conditions:

1. Your received item does not match the option you selected on our store.

2. Your item reached you in a damaged/broken/faulty condition.

3. You never received your order in the given delivery time as well as no delivery attempt or call from the logistics company tried to reach out to you.

4. your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. 

*If your order does not reach you within the given time frame mentioned upon your purchase, please contact us so that we can investigate further as sometimes the logistics company may have tried reaching out to you. Whether or not that specific order is eligible for a refund will depend on our investigation and the status of delivery.

Non-Refundable Conditions

1. You are dissatisfied with the product.

2. You have changed your mind.

3. Damage on the product was caused by you

4. We will not refund you if we have not heard from you and your reasons after the 30 day mark of placing your order.

5. We will not be responsible if your order is stuck in customs or holding facility of the third party logistics company, which causes any delay in reaching you. 

6. Please note that we do not guarantee a refund on selected items as some are fully natural and handmade, therefore little discrepancies such as color shades & sizes and shapes may not be eligible for refunds.

7. Some items and/or the packaging may be compromised by the shipping carrier and therefore we do not guarantee refunds for such items regardless of the condition it reaches you. 


Please understand that in order to reduce our carbon footprint, we do NOT accept returns or exchanges. Please instead reach out to us with your reasons for a refund and the information below to not only speed up the process but to save your cost as well.

1. Your full name and order number

2. Order Number & Receipt of the purchase

3. Your reason for refund. Please also send us up to 3 clear Images of the product where it may be damaged, Unused, Not matching the description of the product upon your purchase.

Please send us the email at info@ecotiquethailand.com and be clear in the subject heading of your mail that it is related to a refund for your specific order number. As it is our responsibility to be fair to you, we ask that you send us all the above and allow us the chance to investigate your concerns to determine whether your order is valid for a refund. 

Once your email is received and inspected, we will notify you of whether or not your refund is approved. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment as per the policy of our third-party payment gateway.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, we humbly ask that you first check your bank account again. If it is not there, please then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, please contact your bank as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges Are Not Permitted

If your intention is to exchange a product, you agree that you will provide proof of the damage/fault/incorrect product by emailing us the receipt, order number, pictures to prove your reasons for a refund. Once you have received your refund, you may place another order.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of the respective product via email. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
